Conditions of Sale
1: For each Timepiece request, communication with the store via E-Mail or Third Party Apps shall carry no costs for the client.
2: Once the client confirms the design of their Timepiece, half of the total amount is owed to begin the physical creation process. The other half of the balance is paid once the timepiece is complete and can be transported to the client.
3: All Prices are in Swiss Francs. Base Prices for timepieces are as follows:
Quartz pieces begin at 250 Chf, Automatic/Manual pieces begin at 400 Chf.
4: Due to the bespoke nature of personalized timepieces, no refunds are applicable once a partial amount has been paid.
5: The Interval between Ideation and Delivery of the timepieces may vary due to availability of parts and materials as well as unforeseen transport delays.
